1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how RAPIDNODE PTE. LTD. trading as Airaa collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you access or use Airaa websites, applications, dashboards, and related services.

1.3 This Privacy Policy forms part of and should be read together with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

2.2 Blockchain transparency and immutability. When you use blockchain networks, certain data may be written to public ledgers. Such records can be permanent and viewable by others, and may allow identification when combined with other data. Public chains are often open to forensic analysis. We cannot remove or alter data that is written to a public blockchain. Review the technology risks in our Terms of Service.
2.3 Children. Our Services are intended for persons at least eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
For clarity, capitalised terms have the following meanings.
3.1 Applicable Data Protection Law means the laws that apply to our processing of personal data, which may include the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation where it applies, and other local laws.
3.2 Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable person. Wallet addresses and onchain identifiers can be personal data when linked or linkable to a person.
3.3 Services means our websites, applications, dashboards, analytics and connected features.
3.4 Third party service means a service, integration, platform, or content operated by someone other than Airaa.
We collect the following categories of personal data. The actual data collected depends on how you use the Services.
4.1 Identifiers and contact details such as wallet address, email address, user names on communication platforms, and similar online identifiers.
4.2 Account and profile data including account settings, preferences, communication choices, and inferences we draw about your interests from your use of the Services.
4.3 Onchain and technical telemetry including public blockchain data associated with your wallet activities, IP address, device information, browser and operating environment, time stamps, and related diagnostics.
4.4 Usage data and logs such as pages viewed, referring and exit pages, number of clicks, date and time stamps, and similar analytics. These items are used to analyse trends and administer the Services.
4.5 Communications and support including messages you send to us, forms you submit, survey responses, and support interactions.
4.6 User generated content including material you upload or post where the feature allows it, and associated metadata such as time and place of submission.
4.7 Cookie and similar data from cookies, tags, pixels, and local storage, used for function, analytics and personalisation as permitted by law and your choices. See the Cookie Notice below.
4.8 Approximate location data derived for example from IP address to provide content or comply with restrictions. We do not intentionally collect special categories of data. Please do not submit sensitive information to us.

5.1 Directly from you when you create an account, connect a wallet, use the Services, subscribe to communications, or contact us.
5.2 Automatically through cookies and telemetry when you browse or use the Services, including log files and analytics.
5.3 From public blockchain networks when your activities on a chain are relevant to the feature you use.
5.4 From third parties such as analytics and security providers, communication platforms, and partners, in accordance with their policies and your settings.
We use personal data for the purposes below. We rely on one or more lawful bases permitted by Applicable Data Protection Law, such as consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
6.1 Provide and operate the Services including core functions, wallet connection, dashboards, analytics, and customer support. Lawful bases include contract and legitimate interests.
6.2 Improve and develop the Services, test and deploy new features, measure engagement, and perform research and analytics, including the creation of aggregated or de-identified insights. Lawful bases include legitimate interests and consent where required for cookies.
6.3 Personalise content and experiences, including recommended modules or preferences. Lawful bases include legitimate interests and consent where required.
6.4 Security and integrity including fraud detection, abuse prevention, quality assurance, logging and diagnostics, and enforcement of our Terms. Lawful bases include legitimate interests and legal obligations.
6.5 Compliance and legal requests including responding to lawful requests, court orders or regulatory notices, and record keeping. Lawful bases include legal obligations.
6.6 Marketing and communications including product updates and promotional messages subject to your choices. Lawful bases include consent where required and legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

7.1 We use cookies and similar technologies to enable function, measure usage, enhance security, and personalise content and messages. We always seek consent for non essential cookies where required by law and provide controls to manage choices.

8.4 Blockchain participants to the extent your use of blockchain networks causes data to be written onchain, which may be viewable by network participants and independent analysts.
8.5 Other third parties with your consent or as permitted by law. We require recipients to protect personal data with appropriate contractual and organisational measures.
9.1 We may transfer personal data to countries other than the one in which you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contracts that include standard clauses approved by regulators or rely on adequacy decisions. You can contact us for details.
10.1 We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
10.2 Note that public blockchains may permanently record some data. We cannot remove or modify records stored on those chains.
11.1 We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to secure your devices and accounts.
Your rights depend on where you live. We honour requests as required by Applicable Data Protection Law.
12.1 Singapore. You may request access to and correction of personal data we hold about you and may withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
12.2 European Economic Area and United Kingdom. You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing including objection to direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
12.3 California. You may have rights to know categories and specific pieces of personal data collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We will respond within the time required by law.

13.1 You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send service or transactional communications.
14.1 Some browsers offer Do Not Track signals. Our Services may not recognise these signals. You can manage cookies as described above.
14.2 We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
